We partnered with BoP Inc and SNV to strengthen business management systems across three Zambian SMEs in agricultural services, honey and agroforestry. As these enterprises scaled new pro-poor product innovations, we provided targeted support in governance, financial management and human resource management so their internal systems kept pace with their innovations and growth ambitions.
